Cavin Tilsley
Cavin Tilsley brings a deep understanding of elite hockey development to C&C Hockey Development. As Founder, he is committed to equipping athletes with the tools, skills, knowledge, and mindset required to perform at the highest levels of the game.
With extensive experience in the CSSHL, BCHL, HPL, and Power Edge Pro—both as a player and coach—Cavin has developed strong skills in video analysis, hockey IQ coaching, and mental performance training. Through his own journey, he recognized that these areas are often the missing pieces in young athletes’ development.
Today, Cavin focuses on bridging that gap by helping players better understand the game, improve decision-making and execution—particularly in the forward position—as well as building the confidence needed to reach the highest level possible.
Conner McDonald
Conner McDonald is a co-founder of C&C Hockey Development, driven by a vision to modernize how players train, think, and perform. With a strong background in elite hockey, Conner is dedicated to helping athletes develop the skills and habits required to succeed at higher levels of the game.
Drawing from his playing experience in the CSSHL, WHL, and U Sports, along with his coaching experience in the HPL and U Sports, Conner brings specialized knowledge of the defensive position. His approach emphasizes strong decision-making, positional awareness, and consistent execution.
Conner is deeply passionate about developing mental toughness and accountability in players, helping them build confidence and prepare to compete at the highest level possible
